International Air-Cargo is usually urgent (although it is often a cheaper alternative to small LCL seafreight shipments). Naturally we provide immediate attention to shipments, using reliable airline carriers and consolidators, with priority service. For non-urgent Air-Cargo, we optimise deferred services and save customers expense where we can. If we find there is a cheaper alternative, we will let the customer know.

Some Air-Cargo we find is better suited to other modes (see 'Small Freight') and especially where cost benefits or improved handling are available we will suggest alternatives to the customer.
